We do not link to pornographic sites, gambling sites, scraper sites, mainly-Adsense sites, hate sites, racist or defamatory sites etc ... I'm sure you get the picture. We won't even respond to requests from sites like these

Sites which have nothing AT ALL in common with Scuba Diving - ie sites which are just looking for any link at all, or link farms and link directories. We can't link to you, as we are trying to build our own little scuba diving community of links - our interest is in websites from all around the world, which are related to diving, or the sea, or watersports, or outdoor life, or at least  geographically close to us in Whitstable, North Kent, where a joint effort will benefit both of us. Other sites we will have difficulty with.

Direct competitors in the same business in the same region of our market - difficult to agree to links, no matter how much we like you - but we could be persuaded. Let's talk

We REALLY DO need a LINK BACK in the best position you can give us - hopefully this will be on a page that has some PR and is Google indexed, but we can check that out. This is a matter of trust and ethical behaviour. If you are just starting out then we recognise that - like us - you may not yet have sufficient web presence. We can work together in these cases to both our benefit.

We carefully track ALL our inbound and outbound links. We will periodically review all links back to us - if they disappear for whatever reason, then we will write to you to ask why, and eventually remove your link, if they are not replaced or repaired. Please play the game and keep our links live - that way, we both win.
