Servicing - Be Safe - Be Serviced !

Whether you haven't been for a while or you spend every weekend diving in the sea or inland lakes, your valuable equipment will still need servicing. Regular maintenance, visual inspection and full servicing are vital for the continued safe and reliable use of your scuba diving equipment.

Fiftybar Diving can service all your diving equipment with no fuss and at extremely competitive prices.

Our scuba equipment service technician is highly experienced and has been servicing for more years than he probably cares to remember ! He regularly services our school kit and is qualified to service equipment from all major manufacturers. You can relax knowing our service technician will use only genuine replacement parts on your regulator and BCD.

If you own a cylinder remember you will need to have it tested every 2½ years. If it's from new then it will need a Visual Test and a Hydrostatic Test after that.The Visual Test will inspect the valve and the interior of the cylinder and the Hydrostatic tests the integrity of the walls and the working pressure

If you need your equipment servicing or testing you can drop it into us at Whitstable Pool (ask for Chris). If this is a problem and you live locally then let us know and we can get it picked up for you. We also offer a postal service.

After contacting us and agreeing terms, you can send your equipment with a covering note explaining what needs to be done to the pool. We will have it serviced, sort out payment and then return it back to you with the relevant paperwork.

There is a fixed price for regulators, BCD's and cylinders. Occasionally there might be an extra cost because of an unseen fault but we will certainly contact you before going ahead with any extra work.
